Who we are

IconGate is operated by Muthopay (Chill Money, Inc.). If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at reyad@muthopay.com.

Browsing needs no account

You can browse, search and download free icons on IconGate without signing up, without an account, and without giving us your name or email address. The same goes for using the icon API: requests are served without requiring personal information.

We do not sell your data — and we do not track you for ads

We do not sell personal data to anyone. IconGate carries no third-party advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.

Licence keys and the one cookie we set

IconGate Pro is unlocked with a licence key. When you enter a key to activate Pro, the key is sent to Whop — our payment provider — so it can be verified. If the key is valid, the site stores one cookie on your device:

• Name: ig_licence
• Contents: your licence key, stored in encrypted form
• Type: httpOnly (not readable by page scripts), 30 days
• Purpose: only to remember that Pro is active on this device, so you do not have to paste the key on every visit

You can remove it at any time by deactivating your licence on the site or by clearing your browser cookies.

If you buy the Icon Pack, your Pro download count is stored on your Whop membership, so your remaining balance is there whenever your key is checked.

Payments are handled by Whop

All payments are processed entirely by Whop. Your card details go directly to Whop and never touch IconGate's servers. Your purchase records — such as your email address, membership and licence key — are held by Whop under Whop's privacy policy.

Hosting and server logs

IconGate runs on Vercel. Like any hosting provider, Vercel keeps standard server and request logs (for example IP address, browser type and the pages or files requested) to operate and secure the service.

The Figma plugin

If you use the IconGate Figma plugin, your licence key is stored locally on your own machine in Figma's client storage — it is not kept on a separate IconGate database. Icon requests from the plugin go to the IconGate API in the same way as requests from the website.

Your rights

For questions about data we control, or to ask for it to be deleted, email us at reyad@muthopay.com and we will help. For data held by Whop about your purchase, you can also manage it from your Whop account.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
