What the 24-hour window covers

The 24-hour refund window applies to every IconGate charge:

• The Pro subscription's initial charge
• Every renewal charge after that
• The one-time Icon Pack charge ($7)

The window runs from each individual charge — so every single charge gets its own 24 hours.

About the Icon Pack

The Icon Pack is a one-time $7 purchase of 200 Pro downloads that never expire. Every 256–1024px PNG/WebP, every SVG and every custom-background download counts as one. It is covered by the same 24-hour rule above: cancel within 24 hours of purchase and the $7 is refunded in full.

After 24 hours

If you cancel a Pro subscription after the 24-hour window for a charge, the cancellation stops future renewals. Your current paid period stays active until it ends and is not refunded. The Icon Pack is not refundable after its 24-hour window.

Refunds apply to the most recent charge only — the one inside its 24-hour window.

How to cancel and get your refund

Two quick steps:

• Cancel the membership in Whop: sign in to your Whop account → Library → IconGate → Cancel.
• Email us within the same 24-hour window at reyad@muthopay.com so we can issue the refund.

If you email us without cancelling first, no problem — we will cancel the membership on request and process the refund, as long as your email arrives within the 24 hours of the charge.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Whop back to your original payment method. How long the money takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Licence access

When a purchase is refunded, the licence access from that purchase ends. For the Icon Pack, a refund also ends any remaining download balance — unused downloads do not survive a refund.
